3. Do you work with businesses of all sizes?

We primarily serve small businesses (under 50 employees, under 5 million revenue), freelancers, and entrepreneurs, but we also assist mid-sized businesses with their tax and accounting needs.

4. What industries do you specialize in?

We work with a variety of industries, including e-commerce, technology, consulting, real estate, and service-based businesses. Many of them operate in multiple states.

5. How do you handle international tax issues?

We provide tax planning and compliance services for businesses operating in multiple countries. Whether you're expanding internationally or managing tax obligations in the U.S., we ensure compliance while minimizing your tax liability.

6. Are you able to file my taxes in the foreign country I live in?

Unfortunately, we are unable to handle the foreign side of your tax reporting. As U.S. CPAs specializing in cross-border taxation, our expertise is focused exclusively on U.S. tax compliance. Unlike general CPAs, we have a deep understanding of the tax implications associated with purchasing foreign properties, relocating abroad, or establishing a business overseas. To ensure seamless compliance, we either collaborate directly with qualified CPAs in your host country or request that you provide your foreign tax return. From there, we ensure that all U.S. tax obligations are properly managed. Additionally, we offer strategic analysis of foreign business entities and can advise on the most tax-efficient structures for U.S. tax purposes.
